A multi-lingual French sought-after kid living in Japan.

Taught with Filipino French and Japanese culture.

Noh 能 Nō derived from the Sino-Japanese word for "skill", "craft", or "talent", particularly in the field of performing arts. Involving music, dance, drama and poetry into one highly aesthetic stage art originating in the 14th century. Noh is a major form of Classical Japanese dance-drama and is the oldest surviving form of Japanese theater. Noh developed from ancient forms of dance drama and from various types of festival drama at shrines and temples that had emerged by the 12th or 13th century. Noh became a distinctive form in the 14th century and was continually refined up to the years of the Tokugawa period (1603–1867). Noh is based on tales from traditional literature where movement is slow, language is poetic, tone is monotonous, and costumes are rich and heavy. Plots are usually drawn from legend, history, literature and contemporary events or supernatural being transformed into human form as a "HERO" narrating a story. Themes often relate to dreams, supernatural worlds, ghosts and spirits. Noh integrates masks, costumes and various props in a dance-based performance, requiring highly trained actors and musicians. 1. Nōh-bayashi: Accompanied by a Chorus and Hayashi ensemble. #nohbayashi 2. Ōtsuzumi 大鼓 and Kotsuzumi 小鼓 : are drums used in Noh; an hourglass-‐shaped hand drum #Ōtsuzumi #kotsuzumi 3. Taiko (stick drum) 太鼓 : Japanese forms of barrel-shaped drums with lashed or tacked heads, the sound is produced by striking them with a stick called bachi. #taiko #taikodrummaster #taikodrums Special Thanks to all the Instrument Masters | Noh Actors | Kimono Dresser | Temple Master and all the Children of Izumisano who participated the event. #moiramotivates 山中雅志先生 Yamanaka Masashi Sensei 観世流能楽師シテ方 Kanze-style Noh Actor 辻 雅之先生 Tsuji Masayuki Sensei 大鼓指導 Otsuzumi (Medium Drum Instructor) 上田 慎也先生 Ueda Shinya Sensei 太鼓指導 Taiko ( Big drum ) Instructor Noh Theatre Location: Aritoshi Shrine 蟻通神社(泉佐野市) Izumisano-shi Osaka Prefecture Japan Email: bighemmaison@gmail.com Webpage: www.thehemmendingers.com Facebook: The Hemmendingers; Noh 能 Nō | Nōgaku 能楽 Film Editor: Maria Theresa Hemmendinger ヘメンディンガーマリアテレサ Visual Storyteller & Video Film Maker; Content Creator; Graphic Artist.
